IP&E Awarded “Good Employer Charter 2024”, Implementing Good Human Resource Management & Family-friendly Employment Practices

IP&E GBA Limited (IP&E) has been recognized with "Good Employer Charter 2024" (GEC 2024) for its exceptional efforts in implementing robust human resources management practices and fostering a family-friendly work environment.

The "Good Employer Charter 2024" is organized by the Labor Department and supported by eight major organizations*. With the theme of "Supportive Family-friendly Good Employer", employers of different trades and scales (including small and medium enterprises) are encouraged to adopt and enhance employee-oriented family-friendly employment practices, putting themselves in the employees’ shoes in discharging both work and family obligations, so as to create a family-friendly working environment. Four aspects of good human resource management practices are listed in the charter, including “Employment practices to care for employees”, “Practices to promote work-family / work-life balance”, “Employee benefits that are better than statutory requirements” and “Good communication with employees or their organisation(s)”.

IP&E recognizes its employees as invaluable assets. Beyond fostering a welcoming work environment, it also maintains open communication with staff, offering learning opportunities and support beyond the job scope. Through these efforts, IP&E strives to cultivate a safe, uplifting, cohesive, and healthy workplace. The "GEC 2024" award affirms IP&E's strong commitment to its workforce. Looking ahead, IP&E will persist in implementing robust human resources management and family-friendly policies to build an harmonious and inclusive work culture.
