"IP&E Ignite Positive Energy" Drawing Competition 2024
IP&E is committed to promoting the well-being of local youth.This year, we take "IP&E Ignite Positive Energy" as the theme to encourage students to share their happy moments through their artworks. In addition to unleashing their potential, they can also learn positive thinking and positive action. We expand our program with the addition of two new categories - the Secondary and Tertiary group (Traditional / Digital drawing) and the Group Award. The winners will have the chance to win prizes such as iPads, kid camera, Lego sets, and more!

5. Awards & Prizes
All participants will receive a Digital Certificate of Participation, awards include a Champion, a 1st runner-up, a 2nd runner-up, 10 Merit Awards for each group, 500 Finalists and Most Enthusiastic Participating Organisation Award . Awardees will be invited to the Awards Presentation Ceremony. Their artwork may also be published in the IP&E desk calendar.

Result will be announced on 24 August 2024 at the Hong Kong Children & Youth Services Jockey Club Tai Po Children & Youth Integrated Services Centre’s Facebook page. Awardees will be notified individually and the Awards Presentation Ceremony will be held on 7 September 2024.

Each participant may only submit one artwork, and the same artwork can only be submitted once.

Please ensure that you provide accurate personal information. All submitted information cannot be modified once entered. Applicants who have not completed the registration form in full will have their participation eligibility revoked.

The submitted artwork must be original and aligned with the competition theme.

Once submitted, the artwork cannot be modified, substituted, or returned.

By participating, the participant agrees to transfer the full copyright of the artwork to the organizing institution for the purpose of exhibition, promotion, or other related uses, without the need for further consent from the participant.

All participant information will only be used by the organizer and relevant institutions for the purposes of this competition and related activities, and will not be used for any other purpose.

The competition results will be determined by the judgment of the jury panel, and participants are not permitted to object to the decision.

The organizing institution reserves the right to interpret and amend the competition rules.

In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these rules and regulations of the competition, the Chinese version shall prevail.
